TCEA Endorses Emily Jackson

I am very proud to be endorsed by the teachers of Talbot County.

For the past four years I have shown my commitment to education and educators. I support our county's educators as they support me.

The strongest indicator of student success is a qualified, excellent, dedicated teacher leading their classroom. How do we recruit and retain qualified, excellent, dedicated teachers? We need to ensure they have (at least) salary parity with surrounding counties, we need to give them support in their classrooms, we need to give them the ability to focus on their own families, we need to be sure we are taking care of their mental health needs and challenges, and we need to give them the respect that they deserve as professionals and experts in their fields.

A strong district works together as a team. I am proud to be a part of this team. Please vote to re-elect Emily Jackson!
